These programs are designed for children in grades K–12 and offer unlimited classes based on a set weekly schedule (see schedule for specific dates and times). Disciplines include Wrestling and No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. Each class also incorporates basic physical fitness exercises, evaluations, and educational components.
These programs are designed for adults and teens and provide unlimited classes based on a set weekly schedule (see schedule for specific dates and times). Disciplines include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, MMA, and Competitive Fight Team Training.
Private lessons are available for children and adults of all ages. Training can focus on any of the above disciplines—Wrestling, Grappling, Submissions, Striking, or MMA—based on the individual’s goals. We recommend scheduling lessons in small groups of 2 or 4 participants to ensure proper technique can be demonstrated and practiced effectively. Bring a friend and train together!
Competitive Fight training is by invitation only! After participating in one of the programs above (Youth, Teens, or Adults) the coaches will select a group of people to participate to train in this specialized program!
